Welshdrag Full Admin Application

Welshdrag, from the day I met him on the server, has been an outstanding member of this community. As well as being a veteran player, who held with us during hard times with the first Camp incident, Kudomiku and his attacks, and the current issues at hand, he is active and a participant in role-play and group activity often; not to mention an active poster on the forums. He sets a good example for other players to follow, and fulfills his duty as a sub-administrator by keeping peace and order. There is just about no doubt in my mind that may lead me to think that he cannot fulfill his similar duty as administrator.
