Scanner Leader Application

For me, like I said in Kyle's last app, he's certainly the person for the job!
He's brilliant at Admin and He would definately make a fantastic leader.
Not only that, but he's a really nice guy, spoken to him on a fair few occasions
on Vent. He's good all around.

 

I'm sorry, Maxy, but Kyle is just a better RPer, in my opinion. :-\ No hard feelings, man. You're a great friend, and a great admin, but Kyle is just great at Combine roleplay.

I really thought were werent going to have scanners ingame.... everyone seemed to avoid it. However I am more than relieved that Kyle is applying for leader of the element, I believe he can work fluidly with the Civil Protection and Overwatch in the capture Anti-Citizens. He is an experienced RPer, Full Admin, and OW qualified. I think he would be an asset to the entire server and the Civil Services. I know my opinion in this matter has now weight but I wish to make it known that Kyle is more than capable of leading this element, plus it makes his ADMIN job easier since people arent watching for scanners
