Rules are shit. Cause disruption to RP, and give people bias stepping stones to remove other parties. Sounds about right.
Agree on the admin part. Fair enough the "halp I'm stuck" problem I can still see arising, but stuff like prop surfing, prop blocking, scamming, NLR breaking; generally things admins would be constantly dealing with in RP08, should generally be non-existent. Or at least the interpretations are different where it's no longer an admin matter and instead the polices'. Gonna be interesting either way.
I remember ye olde days in HL2M RP where whenever someone acted like a cunt the rest of the server would call him cunt and then he would stop. Nowdays you have cunts acting like cunts, people whining, calling garry to ban them and admins banning people because they personally don't like them.
