    Some guy most likely sending phishing scam messages to you over steam, guys name is starte steamgivefreegames23[dot]t35[dot]com

    DON'T GO THERE IT'S A SCAM.

    Simply pm a link to his steam community page, and a chat log picture to a volunteer mod(preferably one online :p) at http//www.steampowered.com forums

    a volunteer mod will then report him to steam and there account is disabled :D aka like a VAC ban only you can't even log in >:)

    It works trust me, I have done this twice to two phishers :)

    or post info here, I'll do it myself.

    Problem is, most of these people are accounts that have been hacked. And VAC is gay and doesn't undo bans if they have been proven to have been hacked so sometimes it's a bit harsh :S

    If you log in, it asks for the password, logs the password, then auto logs in and changes your password.
