[TnB]Acree Abuse

i think a perma ban is totally unacceptable for this incident! if Acree evander felt discriminated she should have kicked or talk to someone about it. Teddi would you mind unbanning him its overthetop

 

It would seem that [TnB]Acree has also Banned two other BBRP Players. One was permabanned for breaking Rule 16. If you are demoted from CP or another class, do not use advanced to go that class again. Which I was the mayor who demoted him the first 3 times when [TnB]Acree didnt do something about him sooner. And another person banned for using RP_KILL.

These two recent bans are from word on Ventrilo after my Permaban.
I just wanted to add this seeing how this is the new [TnB]Acree Abuse Thread.

 

Just to clarify the ban was for harassment against me personally, numerous times over the course of a few days, there are plenty of witnesses those times that I didn't bother to screenshot the little fuck.



Plus numerous other occasions that are not SS'd, such as claiming I chatted with you on webcam and numerous other times in OOC, not IC. Note that the SS above is the ONLY time he said IC and that's only cause I was around, otherwise he does it OOC.

I was making the nexus look more nexus like it's called raising the atmosphere.

The other two who were banned were OK'd by Teddi, so you don't have anything to say on that matter.

You're just trying to get away with being a smart-ass, I also told Teddi that if you continued I was going to perm ban you and he said go for it.

a short ban or a kick i would understand but a permaban is a bit too much, in my opinion anyway.

 

I did tell her. She's being more firm, as i would have pretty much did the same thing if i was there. However no one bothers to do that with me as 99.9% of the time (More out of fear i presume) Evander is correct in what she did. You should treat every Admin with the respect you treat me. Evander may be more open minded in what she says, but what she speaks is the truth. She took that as a personal insult, and you're not the first to be perm banned for disrespect. Other Admins have done so. I personally just ignore those who give disrespect. It's up to the individual Admin in what punishment they give you. I review the punishment and say if its yay or nay. And i say Yay to this.

Oh, and Evander doesn't have a webcam. I know that one for certain.

 

ok, i dont want to take sides so im not defending rageing but im only against the resoning of this perma ban.evander, he harrased you in rp not occ, nearly every time im a cop im called a pig or something simaler which is harrasment, but that doesent mean i can perma ban that player for what he said because then i would be baning him for rping which makes no sense.if he was harrasing you in occ its understandable because it would be aimed at you personaly.now, i have noting against you so im just stateing my opinion .

I said i know Evander DOESNT have a webcam. Nor am i gender preferrable. So whatever retarded point you're trying to show me, its failing, epically.

An admin has no need to recieve huge disrespect if you're already offending. You're just adding to the time amounted. As said, this isn't the first time this has been done. Look at the Ban list. My point is this. You disrespected someone. Then you go straight for me and suggest that just because Evander is a female, that i somehow give priority and exceptions to her. I don't. I treat each Admin here the same, I treat each sub Admin the same, I treat each player the same. What gets you banned is YOUR actions. Not anyone elses. Over time, i've toned down my harshness, however i feel its time to turn it back up again as things have gotten a little loose lately. I've also redone all the rules.

I remember the good old days when perma bans where only for EXTREME cases, now we hand them out left and right. I highly disagree with all these perma bans on our ban list and think that most of them should be lowered. I had people say shit about me and I will kick them sometimes, I don't see why an insult should be perma bannable.

 

There are alot of good rp'ers who are trying very hard to become a sub admin on the server. And not only would they be proud to have [BB] in front of their name. But they are the people who are actually putting your ventrilo server to good use. After all, You pay for the ventrilo server.

Just wondering, How do you add time to a permaban?

 

A) It expires Jan 38. - Unix time systems are 32 bit. Therefore they expire when the 32 bit system hits the biggest number it can (2^32)
B) There was a chance of being unbanned. Now there's little hope.

 

Even if this ban goes on till Jan 38, I will still return to BBRP Server because of the friends I've made and the fun i've had.
Now, I like BB enough to pay for Advanced for every 30 days. Even donate on the side to help keep the ventrilo server running.

But what is the point of paying for advanced or donate any extra money for 7 months worth of being banned.
