    On stage 6, there is a teleport towards the end of the stage that launches you towards the actual end of the stage. However, on my current run, I went through the teleport and got stuck inside a wall, as shown here. [​IMG]

    Update: It would appear that it happens if you end up hitting the teleport from above instead of the front

    Unfortunately there isnt much I can do to correct that with how teleports work. If you're hitting it from above, it might be the case it's carrying your velocity and pushing you down.
