heillo, i have some suggestions for death run so here they are: have the grim reaper and a scythe for Death also for non platinum's if they complete a map, they get like $5 as in game money for trails and models, like they get a same choice like 5 things to choice from, and if the newer models come out then they will intend on buying platinum and help run your servers, also have hats! for the models hope you like these suggestions lol ---------- Post added at 10:27 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:21 AM ---------- oh sorry for double posting, but the cost for the trails and stuff would be like $500 game money so they have to work for it
A monetary system is already planned, Teddi said he would not put platinum benefits up for sale in-game. I do, however like the idea of a Grimm Reaper model and scythe, I think it would be more fitting for the "Death".

I do agree it would be nice idea to have models to choose from while playing as a death Also (in my professional opinion as an iPhone Dev) that it would be a good idea to let the non-platinum players get a small taste of platinum. The things I've noticed that work best is allow them to have a set 5-10 min time frame a day to be full platinum, and they have to wait for that time to be a temp platinum. Another thing that works well is allowing a watered down version of platinum available for free, but they only get it once and it only lasts for just an hour, just a few hours, or something like that. Just my speculation.
In my proffesional opinion of running a Gmod community for nearly three years, I have to say that peer pressure works better as well as previewing what others can do. Allowing a "preview" means people will simply get the preview, and leave.

The only one of them four you found there which I wouldn't mind seeing is the Faith player model, even then it's only because it'd seem somewhat fitting lol.
I wasn't offended as such, more like making a statement. I know very well what people are like when playing source games. An example may be a TF2 server, Sayo or something (Can't remember the exact name). People would join for their 15 minutes of free tasting session, and then left. Same happened when we did the free advanced weekend(s). Simply wasn't worth the time or effort. As for the player models, you'll (soon) be able to donate for custom player models. Why donate instead of add them? Well, most people don't enjoy downloading at least 15 extra file which can be somewhat large in size, thus it means possibility of less players. As of late there are going to be no more player models added (Maybe the TF2 ones if they can be correctly rigged), and there will be new trails, however for now I'm currently working on other things.
so in other words your saying that you can download them and they'll work on the server? if you have platinum
