If anyones interested in the updated scoreboard, here it is.





Those buttons only appear if you're an admin. If you press the ban button, another menu pops up with more VGUI controls to make banning easier.

Here's the outcome when I press the ban.

Make a button for Warrant/Unwarrant

 

will the admins names be in red like the current one? and will it show userid?

 

You will not need that. I'll add buttons for Cheifs and Mayors to warent and unwarrent players.

And George, it would be "if LocalPlayer():Team() == 3 then". Ply would be the player we are drawing the row for. LocalPlayer() is the person opening the scoreboard.

Can someone please tell me what to put on the top. :-\

No I'm talking something like a texture. Should we use the current one? Or have someone with art skills make another? OR we can just put giant letters... lol

 

You don't need to over complicate the simple scoreboard, if you really need to have warrant/unwarrant etc could you make it so only Combine players will be able to see (So Mob Boss can't see a "Warrant" button as it obviously doesn't affect them).

Also could hold another competition for a image at top of Scoreboard?

 

That's what I'm saying. Only CPs and Mayors can see the buttons. Depending on your class and rank, depends on your scoreboard features.

This will be a good idea Kaiden. Let's hold another competition.

I'll add a checkbox to toggle between minutes and hours. ;D

 

Looks gaudy to tell you the truth, lots of unused space, no dividers between items (add at least a bit of space), text is sucky. Also, could you add a quicksearch field that allows you to type part of a persons name, and while you type the list is filtered accordingly. And make the person's UID always visible, to alleviate clicking to expand/whatever.

Anyways, after Kudo it would be nice to have PC Camp back

 

There's a point to the unused space. One, it's easier to add stuff to. Two, I have a big monitor; board size depends on players monitor size. Three, I'd have to kill you if I told you.

What does gaudy mean? ???

Plus, tox said he liked it. He never likes anything I make so this is a good start. lol
