It's not autokilling, it's if you touch the top or bottom, it kills you. Just jump around, as plat you can do that.

 

Is he talking about when the trap is launched or when he just goes near it?

 

I did that a few times, and it kept doing 125 damage or w/e and I couldn't work it out - You need to crouch jump onto the edge of the tube I find to avoid hitting the ceiling it, then just go across it.

 

Uh, I've touched the inside of the tubes, and it hasn't ever killed me...

 

Ive found if you dont touch the part where the pipes touch as in )( it wont hurt you.

 

i only get hurt if i jump then crouch, so i usually just jump and move forward and i'm good

 

This happend to me also but I got over it and figured out how to not die

 

Yea I complained about this on mantis but nothing can be done about it cause the mapper is a shithead. I always lose at least 75 health unless I luckily jump in the correct spot.

 

I lose 0 HP, seeing as I jump around it.

ALSO.... non plats can jump around aswell so don't bitch.
