Okay firstly T.Foot reports to me that the chief has drugs he show me to his place and then i see who owns the door i know its meta gaming but i did not use it IC. I asked if cps were allowed to have drug labs without breaking the server rules but he did not respond i have the chat though.

Now he returns to his home when i say this ooc and kills me when i am a cp and he is a cp to protect his drug labs this is also meta gaming here is a video showing it.

A few minutes later he passed the kill limit he went up to like 30 then left or got banned by eddie i am not sure. Unfortunately this is the only evidence i got him abusing cp but he has abused it a lot more. Like yesterday night there was like 10 people on the server and him and his friend owned the pent house in the hotel near nexus and they had a stash of drugs up there. A cp found out Kevins friend name Viktor Bout and warranted him. They were fighting us off for a good 20 min when a cp managed to take kevin out. Then finally viktor surrenders and right as were are going into the pent house to the attic through the little vent Kevin shows up as a cp and kills all of us as a cp and then kills his friend on purpose to remove his warrant to save there drug labs...
