    Admin DB is bugged so I can't ban, someone with web ban will have to.

    Reason: Trolling, flaming, nlr, cp abuse, needs to read F1

    I agree. He DMed me, arrested me, flamed in OOC, all for the reason of "NLR!! OMGZ!!!!"

    Yep, and he was swearing at everyone in OOC. And yeah he broke NLR a bunch of times.
