Application could also used some more effort.

 

Think there is to many DJs atm

 

I'm undecided for a number of reasons.

Good:
I quite often see him on
It would be nice to have someone on when I'm on thats a DJ (though I would like it better if it was me)
He has good taste in music

Bad:
Already quite a few DJs
6 Posts (though I agree I don't have much better, this is what Bob said on my app)
Teddi still has a ton of other pending apps

I think everyone is basically using "I'm on, and everyone is screaming for a DJ" as an excuse to get DJ.

 

Just like the "admins are never on when I am" one.

There's maybe 10 people on at a time, only one other plat usually.

Prehaps it's true in some cases, but I would guess that most of the DJs applying are not on a timezone that would be useful to have a DJ live in.

Besides that, almost every person I've seen apply besides the "original" DJs, has used that excuse.

Just because people have asked for a DJ to be on, oesn't mean you should automatically apply. I would like to see a DJ applicant actually spend time on the forums and with the community before they apply.

And no, I'm not pointing fingers. I'm explaining my opinion about the matter.

 

i agree with Sleepy, most of the player who apply for dj is using it

 

The only DJ that is ever on between the hrs of 11-2 is DickButt, and he usually leaves at around 11:30 or 12. Darkwing here is the only person I have seen that is on constantly then, and has applied
