Tox kept somebody hostage, and so i warranted his arrest, he noclipped away (not very RP) and then i caught up with him and arrested him. This was an unfair banning.
I was killed a few minutes before you showed up to arrest me. I noclipped above your heads so I could paste the kill message without being beaten up and/or arrested. You came in and arrested me even after I pasted the kill message.
