Yep I was a jail guard at the time and i would see 5 innocent people in jail every 30 seconds. He sometimes arrests cops too.

I kept on hitting him with the stun gun for writing on the wall with the ropes, but he still wouldnt stop. I could have kicked him but my SA hasnt been accepted
