    Its possible he was, but look at it this way from A RL Perspective.

    A random man comes out at you and starts cussing you out, You say "Please simmer down and resolve this ina peaceful manner." HE gets more violent, You resort to arresting him.

    Cops do that. Of course, Since the game can't just do a simple Handcuff threat or, bash face into car thing.. Y'know, the bad cop kinda thing....

    Anyway.

    Ted seems to have gotten alot better at RPing than when I first RP'd with him.
