    When to Raise a Complaint

You are welcome to raise a complaint about an event that's occurred in the servers/Discord, the behaviour of a member of staff, an administration action taken you disagree with etc. We will do our best to review your complaint objectively, as long as it's valid.

Please understand if your complaint is similar to "I was ballpitted for 2 hours for playing music and I disagree with it" - we won't take action. As well, if a punishment is under 24 hours it will be left to expire on its own.

If you are raising a complaint about a member of staff, please be objective and provide evidence as needed. Where this isn't provided we're inclined to side with our staff over unsubstantiated claims.

You can view the Global Rules that apply to ALL BB Servers [here]. For Discord rules see the Front-Desk channel at the top of the list. Not knowing of the rules or disagreeing with them is not grounds for a complaint. What is considered dumb/not acting with common sense is ultimately at our discretion.
