The ship is currently on steam for $5 (£3.40). The content can be added to Gmod (via a custom spawnlist) and is said to be quite an awesome game. So I've got it, going to check it out once it's installed.
It's an fps source game, you are on a ship (no, really?) where a mysterious Mister X is in controll. There are a lot of weapons hidden around the map, and in multiplayer you have 2 gamemodes - hunt and deathmatch. In hunt, you get the name of your target and their current location once in a while. At first your target is a silhouette, when you find him you get a picture on your hud, the target can change clothes at any time though. Kill your target and you win this round and wait for the next, but you must be careful because you are someone's target too. In deathmatch, well, just do what you want. Mostly kill others though. Now go buy it 'cause it's awesome.

Sounds like you have the auto select bug i sometimes get. Just restart steam, and it'll let you select paypal.
