This server is very different than your typical sandbox server. You are given the choice of two modes. Build mode and Battle mode. When you spawn, you are in build mode. This means you are godded and can not be killed. Type /build in chat to toggle from build mode and battle mode. There are specific things each mode can do. - Rules - Basic Rules Read the rules! Or you will be banned.[/*:m:84s7aut5] Never use any type of glitch or exploit! This includes the chair exploit and guns exploit.[/*:m:84s7aut5] Never try and crash the server. Trust me, you will be banned.[/*:m:84s7aut5] Always respect other players. Disrespecting will result in a tempban.[/*:m:84s7aut5] Don't sware excessively, flame others, trole, or any sort of that shit.[/*:m:84s7aut5] The use of any shooting weapon (eg. guns) will result in a perm ban.[/*:m:84s7aut5] Leave others alone if asked to. You don't have to go around annoying others if they don't want your help.[/*:m:84s7aut5] Don't be AFK! After 10min, you will automaticaly be kicked.[/*:m:84s7aut5] Don't annoy other players! eg. Loud thruster noises, geting in and out of cars, sound annoyance.[/*:m:84s7aut5] Don't pretend you have admin because you are adv.[/*:m:84s7aut5] Porn sprays = Perm ban! We have scripts to track peoples sprays.[/*:m:84s7aut5] - Building Rules NEVER kill any other players while in build mode. Doing so will loose your building rights for 15min. Don't try and rejoin, that will fail.[/*:m:84s7aut5] Don't spam dynomite or stools that kill.[/*:m:84s7aut5] Don't spam props or tools. This means, don't spawn props or use tools really fast.[/*:m:84s7aut5] Don't prop DM while in build mode[/*:m:84s7aut5] Don't create contraptions that lag the server or spam[/*:m:84s7aut5] Fireworks are an automatic perm ban[/*:m:84s7aut5] Don't build something racial or sexual[/*:m:84s7aut5] - Battling Rules - While not in build mode ALWAYS leave building players alone. Any type of harassment towards a builder is an immediate ban![/*:m:84s7aut5] Never DM players that are trying to join or just joined. Give them some room before you p0wn them.[/*:m:84s7aut5] Never DM with guns[/*:m:84s7aut5] Prop DMing is allowed, but no tool DMing. This means you can not put turrets around spawn or hold them with your physgun, but you can put turrets on a plane or something.[/*:m:84s7aut5] If a builder asks you to go away, do it.[/*:m:84s7aut5] - BIGGEST RULE! Use your common sense! - Controls F1 - Opens this menu - Commands - Chat - Every command stats with '/' title - Set a title for yourself above your head pm - Personal message another player write - Write a letter others can read t - Talk in range players (like regular talk in RP) build - Toggles your building status kill - Kill youself if you're stuck droptokens - Drop some tokens in front of you drop - Drop some tokens in front of you - FAQs Q) How do I get tokens? A) You gain tokens from building or being rwarded. You can build something REALLY cool or help out a fellow gmod player for a reward from an admin. Q) This whole store thing sucks ass! A) We do this to promote the use of rewards and more building. We don't want people to chill out and do nothing what so ever so this store provides us with a way to promote building. Another reason is so people can't just join and spawn big shit and crash the server. Q) I bought something but I don't have it anymore! A) This should rarely happen. Once you buy something, it saves your data to the SQL database. Q) Is there a way to contact a developer? I have some suggestions. A) Please do. Go to bbroleplay.co.uk and register on our forums. Once that's done, make a thread in the 'General Server Chat' section or PM a developer. Q) What do I do, I got banned!? A) Post your unban request on the forum in the correct section. ( Also remember to check the reason and time when you'll be unbanned in the bans database on the forum. ) Q) This guy sucks, I want him banned! A) Make a ban thread on the forum. A) Yes, it's IP is 208.100.40.19 and it's port is 24672. - Admins Read Here - Admin Promotions/Demotions All promotions and demotions are decided by PC Camp, Hydroxyl, or Ben. Everyone starts out with a clean slate. Once you have applied on the forum, you will be added to SubAdmin. From there, you must proove you're a good admin and you will be promoted to FullAdmin. Just remember there are logs to EVERYTHING you do that pertains to administration. If you are demoted, don't bitch because that will only make it worst. Bind a key to 'bb_admin' to view the ingame logs. - Admin Rules If you do not abide by these rules, you will be immediately demoted. Never ban someone for personal reasons. If you do not like the player because of a past conflict, too bad.[/*:m:84s7aut5] Don't pickup players with the physgun for no reason. Picking up players is the #1 admin abusive power.[/*:m:84s7aut5] Don't freeze people with the physgun and forget about them.[/*:m:84s7aut5] Don't give out tokens to your friends for no reason. We have logs that record this kind of stuff.[/*:m:84s7aut5] Give out rewards often! If a player builds something cool that you like, give them 100-500 tokens depending on how cool it is. If a player is helping another player with building or wiremod, reward them wtih 250 tokens.[/*:m:84s7aut5] Don't spam /notify to be funny.[/*:m:84s7aut5] Don't be afraid to ban someone. Re: Sandbox Rules I asked him about that too. Apparently killing w/ turrets+lAsers is the same as with the crowbar, but ONLY if you aren't physgunning the turret/laser to aim.

Re: Sandbox Rules This is what "Build" and "Battle" mode are for. You can switch between the 2. If you are building, you can't get killed. Actually, PC Camp should code it so that if you are in Build Mode, you do 0 damage. If it's possible :3
Re: Sandbox Rules Good idea. It's possible, too And since there's a cooldown time for switching modes, you cant get out of build mode, kill someone, and get back in before they respawn.
