Minor fixes for a map. Fixed death teleporting out of the death area at spawn on deathrun_pool_b6 Added a teleport at the pool ladders on deathrun_pool_b6. They're annoying as hell to climb up and can cause people to fly into the door.
With 3 players, if the runners fail, death gets autobalanced to runners and players are stuck in an infinite loop until someone reconnects and goes death.
