[BUG] TTT Freezing on map Join

    Occasionally I've had it where a map change occurs on TTT and it takes forever, you often have to cancel and reconnect. This happened today and affected multiple players, and often impacts the player count which can be hard to build in the first place.

    This has happened before. I've played the map plenty so must be downloaded.

    Then the whole server crashed 5 minutes later, so an issue there.

    I think it's likely the two issues are unrelated, will need to look into it more tho
