[BUG] Surf_Frequency

    The start zone of the map doesn't cover the re-spawn, so you have to walk backwards at the start of every run for it to reset your timer. This isn't anything that is game breaking, just more of a minor annoyance.

    Due to how the starting stage is set up I can't really change this; especially without affecting other times. It'll be doable potentially in the future if the new area system works out though.
