[BUG] surf_cyanide timer

    On the hard surf server the map surf_cyanide timer wont start. Ive tried many ways to maybe get it to start but I cant find a way. No one can get a time on the map if the timer wont start. Its been like this for quite some time now and im not even sure if you all know about it.

    Also the rtv doesnt work on the hard server. [Nice try trying to take credit]

    I was already aware of the RTV issue on the hard server. I'll be fixing that this weekend.

    Edit: Scratch that, already fixed the RTV issue, just required a quick code merge.
    Edit2: Both issues should be fixed.
