    Well then he can't really be banned, not only that, but all that shows is a guy reconnecting, not a guy avoiding death.

    Even then, something like should normally be delt with a warning or a kick.

    Its minor, and all we have to do is warn him.

    Well if there's no warning he doesnt know thats a rule. The rules and guide are down (well for me, I get an internal server error) so he has no idea its an offense. If you warned him and gave more proof than a picture of him just rejoining, it would be dicussable. But right now there's no way of telling he's abusing this.
