[FIXED] Players get banned for changing their name.

    I seen players get banned. Also their karma goes down alot. I do not know how long the ban is. Either he/she changes the name back or till map change.

    Also when they get the display of being banned it is not told in the punishment list.

    This ban isn't related to AMen itself, but TTTs own actions, looking into it.

    Have to love GM13 and the somewhat buggy ConVar system at the moment. Removed the snippet which dictates whether or not it's a ban versus a kick.
