MIL was doing it the entire time and the later 2 joined in around 1:40 in the video. The 4th guy was harassing/antagonizing other players of the server, as can be heard mixed in with the mic spamming. Eth9n eventually came on and gave the mic spammers a 1 day ballpit each, but I would request a longer punishment considering how long it went on for. Video quality will stop being shit when it finishes processing.
Although I have no video or audio proof, I can say I've seen 几丨〇 乃丨凵 从 on the server more than once, intentionally acting like a jackass to a lot of other players and mic spamming. I hadn't seen him for awhile until today.
