I've been an MVP on [BB] Servers for 11 months now. I believe I have the necessary skills and attitude to contribute further into the community with a promotion to a higher rank within the staff roster. I've taken the feedback from my previous sub-admin application to better reflect who I am as a person within the community and believe my professionalism has adjusted accordingly. With the recent surge of players on [BB] over the past few weeks, I've had to use my MVP privileges more frequently to deter people from breaching the community rules. While all my initiated MVP votes ultimately resulted in an accepted state, I've noticed that most votes barely had participants as new users don't exactly know how to vote on a punishment or either don't have an interest in the vote. Having the ability to punish players who decide to breach the rules without having the worry of a denied vote would be very helpful. I've truly enjoyed the time serving as a MVP on [BB] servers this past year as I've connected with community members while making awesome memories. I feel as if it's my time to leave the MVP state and move up within the roster to continue my journey as staff. I appreciate the time taken to read through my application. Cheers!
